Formatting Guidelines:

• 1. Format in MS Word
• 2. Times New Roman, 12 point font
• 3. 1" margins all around the paper
• 4. All tables and graphs should be included with paper
• 5. Cover sheet, summary and bibliography required
• 6. Length of the paper: maximum of 20 pages
